To be a member of PANE an organization is required to fulfill the following criteria

1. To submit an application letter together with the following documents to PANE secretariat

1.1 The Organizational profile showing the vision, mission, objectives and experience in Ethiopia and to be engaged in poverty reduction and related program areas;

1.2 . To submit a copy of a certificate of registration with the Ministry of Justice;

1.3 . To submit a copy of the Memorandum of Association;

1.4 . To submit a copy of operational agreement signed with the federal or appropriate regional authorities, if any;

1.5 . Previous year’s Audit report.

2. After submitting the above documents with the application letter, the secretariat will review all the documents, and if the organization fulfills the requirements the secretariat will inform the organization to fill the membership registartion form, (which will be downloaded as shown below) which will be taken for approval by the General Assembly which tentatively meet in the first week of April every year.
